Planz Beta - Failure on Load

Planz Beta - Failure on Load

I just found out about Planz doing some WEB research trying to find a better Outliner. I was excited to try it out, but after install on a Windows XP machine, I'm getting the attached dialog box error on load. Any suggestions :?:
